2. To secure your booking, we require prior payment for your selected therapist’s services. This ensures that you have reserved your preferred time and the therapist’s schedule has been reserved for you.

Cancellation Policy:
1. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you to reschedule from your dashboard at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
2. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
3. In the event that you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will also be charged the full session fee.
